Body/Martial Arts/Physical Improvement/Testing Myself: I'm taking a short break from upper body strength training to not aggravate my piercing (below), but I'm still working my legs and hips. My baselines are still: pushups (25), situps (35). I'll be back to upper body workouts in a couple of weeks.
Mind/Spirit/Centering/Health: I'm back practicing mindful eating, after taking a few days off. I've started another book in my permanent library, but I've not got a lot of time to read it. More Haiku!
Maintenance/Shit Got To Be Done: No progress.
In Case of Zombies/Disaster Preparation: I have now completed 8 of the 10 quizzes, and I have passed 5 of 10 state-certification practical tests for my EMT program. I attended Winter Fire School all weekend instead of being on duty at the station; I took a good class on decisionmaking after arriving at a larger fire scene than expected. It's a little above my current duties, but it's great information for me to have in the back of my head, and it allows me to start thinking at a higher level than just 'basic Firefighter.' I have started the research to get permanent solar panels installed on the bus this month, and I've acquired a good temporary, portable system for emergency power without external power that I will test soon. Land acquisition is past the 'earnest money' stage.
Travel/Adventure/Doing Stuff: I got my nipple pierced this week, completing that goal. It's currently a 14g loop, and once it heals I'll put in a 10g loop so I match.
