Body/Martial Arts/Physical Improvement/Testing Myself: I'm now at 27 consecutive pushups and 37 crunches. Long walks in the neighborhood have progressed to slower but reasonably longer (2 miles) runs. I will be running a virtual 5K race soon.
Mind/Spirit/Centering/Health: I've finished reading The Essence of Budo, by Dave Lowry; it's a shorter but dense book I enjoyed and thought about a lot as I was reading it. I'm looking forward to restarting in a martial arts school and also returning to the Zendo. I've started reading The Art of Peace by Morihei Ueshiba, the founder of Aikido. I've finished my yearly fast; I only drank two and a half bottles of fruit juice (and plenty of water) for the week. My body apparently processed/detoxed very differently than usual, and my usual energy shift didn't happen - possibly because I was in 'survival mode' due to the pandemic. My digestive system is now waking back up. I'm still training mindfulness with my eating patterns and working towards a 2000-calorie (or less) a day dietary intake. I'm still taking Epidemics, Pandemics, and Outbreaks.
Maintenance/Shit Got To Be Done: No progress.
In Case of Zombies/Disaster Preparation: I am utilizing the ReadyMan Plan2Survive Program.
Base Station/Ol' Number 3: The Gate House has framing, siding, and windows completed. The sheeting, roofing, and the door are left to do, although there will need to be a small pad in front of the door to match the pad of the building before we can install the door.
Travel/Adventure/Doing Stuff: I found two geocaches for each of the three days I needed last month for my Found by Found Date Stats. I have two dates for this month.
