101/1001 Update

Body/Martial Arts/Physical Improvement/Testing Myself: I'm now at 27 consecutive pushups and 50 crunches. Long walks in the neighborhood have progressed to slower but reasonably longer (2 miles) runs every other day. I will be running a virtual 5K race soon.
Mind/Spirit/Centering/Health: I've started reading The Art of Peace by Morihei Ueshiba, the founder of Aikido. I'm still training mindfulness with my eating patterns and working towards a 2000-calorie (or less) a day dietary intake. I'm still taking Epidemics, Pandemics, and Outbreaks; I've completed the first and second weeks of my college course.
Maintenance/Shit Got To Be Done: No progress.
In Case of Zombies/Disaster Preparation: I am still utilizing the ReadyMan Plan2Survive Program. I have completed a Red Cross online training, Mass Casualty Incident Response Basics. I have also signed up for the 2020 Red Cross Cascades Virtual Disaster Academy this year, and I will be taking refresher classes in Government Operations, Disaster Heath, Disaster Mental Health, and Integrated Condolence Team services. Now that my schedule is more flexible, I will likely be able to go on a Red Cross National Deployment. I'm also scheduled for a wildland firefighting scenario and for a structural fire training with the fire department this month.
Base Station/Ol' Number 3: The sheeting, roofing, and the door are left to do, although there will need to be a small pad in front of the door to match the pad of the building before we can install the door. I'm also coordinating with the PUD to get the underground power project completed.
Travel/Adventure/Doing Stuff: I found two geocaches for each of the three days I needed last month for my Found by Found Date Stats. I have two dates for this month.
