Today I cut a lot of blackberries around the woodshed, protecting the electrical lines and attempting to keep the structural integrity of the woodshed, as well as continuing to reclaim the property and save one of two honeysuckle plants. We also cleaned out a lot of the trash and garbage from downstairs, and straightened out the pantry a bit. Next project: I’ll work on saving an apple tree from the blackberries around the greenhouse, and start to look at restoring the greenhouse itself before winter sets in.

We may go to the Lewis and Clark National Park/Fort Clatsop (#62) Sunday for the day, which will complete the goal of 20 shorter (1-3 day) hiking/camping trips.
