Goals/Life Update - Day 817/1001
Dec. 28th, 2013 03:24 pmChallenges are what make life interesting, and overcoming them is what makes life meaningful. - Joshua J. Marine
Goals Completed: 32
Goals in Progress: 29
I’ve signed up to run a 5k in April, so expect some progress with my running goal (#3). It’s been too long since I’ve trained, and it’s time I got back into working my body. Another load of trash from the garage has gone out on a dump run, and a truck load of stuff has gone from downstairs to Goodwill.
I’ve gotten my National Certified Counselor certification in the mail, and I’ve passed my CEU audit. I’ve also completed the American Red Cross volunteer application process, and I’m waiting to hear from someone about volunteering as a Disaster Mental Health worker (#49). I’ve started to study for my Master Addiction Counselor examination in early March. Still only two clients at this point, but I have no doubt my practice will build quickly. I’ve applied to Columbia County Mental Health for some agency work.
