I have continued my daily meditation practice (#22), and I’m still working on my push-ups and sit-ups (#07, #08) and it’s beginning to get easier, and I’m less sore. I found another two Grimm geocaches (#86) yesterday.

Steph has surgery on Monday. I’ll be helping her rehabilitate and recover, and last week’s plans to work this week on sleeping better (#16), reading (#17, #18), and maybe organizing and stowing things in the garage and maybe ‘Ol Number 3 (#69) were pushed back to this week.
