Things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.

In no particular order and including answers to either question (since so few activities answer both):

* Kata, especially Pinan Shodan or Pinan Nidan

* Read anything without 'psychology' or 'clinical' in the title

* Play with my cats

* Meditate/breathe

* Putter about the house

* Listen to music

1) Kiss hug and otherwise love on dogs.

2) Dig in dirt and smell green things grow. Secretly talk to plants and whisper words of encouragement.

3) Listen to music and sing.

4) Bath.

5) Talk on the phone. Even if no one wants to play. Even if everyone is sad. Why do I have to only play with my friends? Can't we cry a bit, too?
