Things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.

In no particular order and including answers to either question (since so few activities answer both):

* Kata, especially Pinan Shodan or Pinan Nidan

* Read anything without 'psychology' or 'clinical' in the title

* Play with my cats

* Meditate/breathe

* Putter about the house

* Listen to music

Hmmm...I really had to limit the things I put my list, Sir, as I have TONS of things that fall into these categories. Here's just some of them:

* Climbing a tree

* Running...as fast as I can...anywhere, just away...(or mountain biking...it's faster and more dangerous...smile...)

* Meditating/smoking shisha/just zoning & being

* Drinking red wine & taking a bath

* Dancing naked under the moon & the stars, or just rocking out to cheezy 80's music (bouncing on the bed while listening to cheezy 80's music is good too)!

* Reading a good book in bed, all snuggled under the covers

* Playing with worms and splashing in mud puddles on a rainy day...definately...

(I also agree with others about crying/talking to friends on the phone...ALWAYS a good thing!)
