This last week I spent a day in Portland, and found four more Grimm geocaches (#86). This weekend, Steph and I went through the Junior Ranger program at the Multnomah Falls/Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area on our way to the Western Antique Aeroplane and Automobile Museum (#32). I was impressed at how close we could get to the planes and cars and motorcycles, and how well they were lovingly restored. We spent a couple of hours in Hood River, and then found another Grimm geocache (#86) on the way home.
Although there was no training (#01, #10) this week, I’m continuing my daily meditation practice (#22), and I’m up to three sets each of 35 push-ups and sit-ups (#07, #08).
