Goals Completed: 12
Goals in Progress: 36
Body: No real progress. I have been to the gym twice this week, and I'm working on treadmill sprints.
Mind: The only progress is been that I have managed to continue my mindful eating practice, and get enough sleep this week (overall).
Maintenance: None. I have a dental appointment this Wednesday.
Zombies: I've completed two more Red Cross classes, both in the Disaster Mental Health category. I packed and loaded a disaster bag for the Whorse.
Adventure: I saw the Wizards of Winter in concert, mostly former Transberian Orchestra members, for a good show much like TSO but a smaller venue and a smaller crowd.
