An actual update, not a quiz

(1) The Fortress of Solitude is coming together, although my stuff is still in several places. I was blessed to have the honor of a healing visitor. I now have my unassembled bed, but I do now have Phaedrus. The 'property' is now a Home. Even if I don't yet have a stove, a refrigerator, or shower doors. I expect that I will be spending much time there. Eventual decor? White and black, with wood undertones.

(2) My yearly Oath and Purification Ride may not happen now, as I just found out I will have to teach an undergraduate Psychology class starting August 30. I'm not doing so well with that, right now. I breathe. I plan. Stand by.

(3) I spent brief time this weekend with Tamarta. It was not enough; I miss seeing her. I continue to have patience. I work that out with kata, with music, with putting my house together.

(4) This weekend I believe I was able to help people heal. From physical hurt to emotional and mental trauma, I think I was successful. I am tired.

(5) The Chaos Cycle has not yet ended. The ritual was rescheduled, and I struggle with that energy. I have decided to not participate in the Internship process this year, and I am deciding to focus strictly on the Dissertation. Once the study has been finished, that is.

Good to hear your Fortress of Solitude is coming together, Phaedrus is home with you too. Much could be said for showers *without* doors. Breathe. your right, it comes as it is supposed to. Glad to hear you got time with Tamarta. patience is harder for some. Rest, and know your energy and warmth are returned. If my 'educated guess' at timing is correct, that cycle should be ending near Samhain, having come full circle. Let's hope the new cycle is a better one for you.
