Goals in Progress: 18
Body/Martial Arts/Physical Improvement/Testing Myself: I ran the Blacklight Run last week after getting back from the EMS conference and getting a short nap, one of my five races for the year.
Mind/Spirit/Centering/Health: No progress.
Maintenance/Shit Got To Be Done: I spent last week when I wasn't working at a 3-day EMS Conference, where I earned 22.5 of the 24 CEUs I need for my first EMT license renewal. I still need one credit hour in medical assessment and half a credit hour in ABC (Airway, Breathing, and Cardiology). I'll probably get those online and finish that up soon.
In Case of Zombies/Disaster Preparation: No progress.
Base Station/Ol' Number 3: No Progress.
Travel/Adventure/Doing Stuff: While I was in Salem for the EMS conference, I met with my piercer and moved up gauges. In three months, I'll go back and go up one more set of gauges and then I'll match. *smile*
