101/1001 Update
Dec. 25th, 2019 04:35 pmGoals Completed: 0/101
Goals in Progress: 22
Body/Martial Arts/Physical Improvement/Testing Myself: No progress.
Mind/Spirit/Centering/Health: I finished another book about our crumbling infrastructure by Ted Koppel, Called Lights Out. A sobering read. I sat Zazen, a makeup from last month.
Maintenance/Shit Got To Be Done: I'm still working on another set of specialty CEUs for my CADC III credentials due in April.
In Case of Zombies/Disaster Preparation: No progress.
Base Station/Ol' Number 3: I am still hoping to get the research about the permit process done very soon; there was some good clarification today. I had 3 yards of gravel delivered, and most of it was spread, which should allow the bus to be deployed to her spot on the property. Ol' Number 3 also got her internal lighting system adhered to the roof again, after the last adhesive didn't stick in the temperature extremes.
Travel/Adventure/Doing Stuff: I cleared four of the six Found by Found Day dates for December (still two more for the month). PepperBlue finished up her Jasmer Challenge, and I finished my Double Fizzy Challenge. I saw two bands I've never heard of - Devilbots, "a concept project exploring a dark future where Satanic robots end the Last Crusade between fundamentalist religious sects. The music combines elements of prog, power metal, thrash, and hard rock to tell the story from both human and robot perspectives", and Zepperella, "four women intent on bringing the passion, the beauty, the aggression, the musicality of Led Zeppelin alive".
My Jeep is out of the shop, and I'm still pretty poor - but paying all the bills. This was not a great holiday season. I'm going to have to buckle down and start getting more of my goals accomplished. There will likely be a lot of changes to my routine and a lot less comfort.
