101/1001 Update

Body/Martial Arts/Physical Improvement/Testing Myself: I'm still at 26 consecutive pushups and 36 crunches. My fast has taken a lot of energy, and I've made no gains. I'm considering running a virtual race, but long walks in the neighborhood are all I can manage right now.
Mind/Spirit/Centering/Health: I'm still reading The Essence of Budo, by Dave Lowry. I'm engaging in my yearly fast (day 5); I've only drunk a little more than two bottles of fruit juice (and plenty of water), so far. My body is processing/detoxing very differently than usual, and my usual energy shift hasn't really happened. This is still a good time to fast, as there are no social engagements where I would be expected to eat, and it also saves my food stores and keeps me at the Staging Area. I'm also training mindfulness with my eating patterns. I'm also taking a free online college course from Coursera called Epidemics, Pandemics, and Outbreaks - very good information to learn right now.
Maintenance/Shit Got To Be Done: I have taken a self-care/mindfulness CEU training online for the fun of it, but no real progress.
In Case of Zombies/Disaster Preparation: I am starting to utilize the ReadyMan Plan2Survive Program.
Base Station/Ol' Number 3: The pandemic is generating some delays with construction. The trusses for the roof are on site, and the Gate House has been partially framed. The trusses are to be set this week. I hope to go out to the property this upcoming week and set in some gate posts and move the main gate much closer to the road. I'll need to do this before the underground power project is completed because the gate is currently using one of the utility poles that will be removed.
Travel/Adventure/Doing Stuff: I still need one more day this month on my Found by Found Date Stats.
