101/1001 Update

Body/Martial Arts/Physical Improvement/Testing Myself: I'm still doing the 2021 Back on Track 30-Day Challenge, and I'm currently at 140 of 200 miles. I'm also current with the weekly physical exercises (200 Situps), and so far I've gotten each of the physical weekly exercises done in a day. I'm also doing three sets of 40 pushups a day. I'm also still doing the GoRuck January Seek Pain Challenge, as well, and getting in my daily mile ruck, usually more. I'm halfway through Tribe and training for the workout next week.
Mind/Spirit/Centering/Health: I'm still training mindfulness with my eating patterns. I've finished The Wooden Bowl: Simple Meditation for Daily Life by Clark Strand. I have started making up my formal zazen at a virtual zendo over the next few weeks/months, with a Loving-Kindness metta, and I'm still meditating daily this month. It's been a while since I sat on my meditation bench in seiza, and my legs took a minute or so to get the circulation back in them. *smile*
Medical issues with The Old Man continue; currently, we're preparing for surgery. My time in The Staging Area is yet more limited; I'm moving gear around and hoping I'll have what I need. That, client outcomes, sociopolitical anxiety and depression in my clients, Base Station, and other issues have kept me pretty stressed.
Maintenance/Shit Got To Be Done: I've gotten a few more CEUs. No progress on The Whorse.
In Case of Zombies/Disaster Preparation: I'm still doing a weekly 3-hour comprehensive EMT refresher online. I have gotten my first COVID-19 vaccination.
Base Station/Ol' Number 3: The Gate House is nearing completion.
Travel/Adventure/Doing Stuff: No progress.
