The rucking requirement to ruck every day this month is complete, with the last day of December as the day we rucked the Heavy 12-Miler (for me, a 36-lb. ruck at the beginning and closer to a 40-lb. ruck at the end) while we double-dipped the F*ck 2021 Race 10k. I slapped the December patch on my ruck until we get the 'Seek Pain' year completion patch. We have also participated in the traditional end-of-year Tai Chi/Qigong class (the school will close for the New Year holiday), with a powerful Yang-cleansing Qigong form.

We've started the 7-Day Functions Check, in addition to whatever the January GoRuck Challenges are. This means, during those seven days, rucking 25 miles total, as well as no TV, no video games, no social media, and 4 workouts (minimum 30 minutes each) with a partner, in the real world. Back in 7 days.
