101/1001 Update

Body/Martial Arts/Physical Improvement/Testing Myself: I'm working back to my routine of 30 pushups, 30 air squats, 30 crunches, and 3 sets of 35 grippers every work day. I have trained in two Yang Style Tai Chi/Qigong classes this last week, but no Yang staff form. There has been no rucking progress. We did complete the Spartan Race this weekend; we did most of the obstacles and we walked almost all of the race. We started late, and most of the participants had already completed the race, so we didn't have many people in close contact. I am still decompressing; I'm struggling with motivation and energy, and I can feel that, operationally, I'm about only 50% of my pre-burn self. Although some of the Rangers at the Burn have tested positive for COVID-19, I have twice tested negative upon return from the playa. I have not had much contact with a lot of Burners/Rangers (I worked too much, and my shifts were mostly outdoors or with limited close contact). I will continue to test.
Mind/Spirit/Centering/Health: I 'sat' virtual Zazen as part of my decompression from the Burn. I've also read Existential Kink: Unmask Your Shadow and Embrace Your Power by Carolyn Elliott, a mildly interesting neo-Jungian perspective on more mainstream kink practices. I've also picked up This Wild Darkness: The Story of My Death by Harold Brodkey, a journal of the author's death from AIDS.
Maintenance/Shit Got To Be Done: The Whorse is still 10-7. I've completed another online 1.5 CEU class, Keeping Current Drug Use Trends on Your Radar. I have completed the renewal of my Licensed Professional Counselor license.
In Case of Zombies/Disaster Preparation: No progress.
Base Station/Ol' Number3: I'm still working on replacing the broken curtain rod brackets in Ol' Number 3. The painting of the Gate House and the Pump House have not yet happened but is supposed to happen next week.
Adventure/Doing Stuff: The night before the Spartan Race, we went to another outdoor venue concert, staying well away from the people. Dana Dentata and P.O.D. opened for Evanescence and Korn. A good show to wrap up the outdoor concert season.
