I'm back in the dojo again, as of last Friday, only doing an hour a day---but ending every day with three sets of leg extensions. I'm walking. I'm eating well. My knee and legs are stronger and more stable. I'm breathing, and working with kundalini energy, and I can generate calmness and power in two or three breaths. I burned a tank of gas through the Harley on Sunday, and found some peace at 80 mph, and slamming through some tight sweepers near Jefferson. About half of my stuff is for sale, or sold and going, or gone---and emotional and mental clutter are going at the same time.
My MRI is tommorrow, and my surgery consult is Friday.
My thoughts:
“A warrior takes responsibility for his acts, for the most trivial of acts. An average man acts out his thoughts, and never takes responsibility for what he does.” Carlos Castaneda
“The self-confidence of the warrior is not the self-confidence of the average man. The average man seeks certainty in the eyes of the onlooker and calls that self-confidence. The warrior seeks impeccability in his own eyes and calls that humbleness. The average man is hooked to his fellow men, while the warrior is hooked only to infinity.” Carlos Castaneda
