Medical update

grim23I'm back. I'm slow, in pain, in a brace and crutches, and limited. I cannot drive my truck, or my motorcycle, for awhile. Thank you to the BF, Sensei, and Beloved, who all took care of me in different ways while I was initially recovering. Much stuff and blockages were taken away, and more are still going.
More importantly, I'm at work, off the opiates, obsessively doing my physical therapy exercises, and healing people. I'm performing kata in my chair at work. I'm clear headed, focused, and energetic. I'll be calling back those who called to check in me this weekend.
