Those are Maori Warriors (of New Zealand) doing part of their ritual war chant. The Scottish reply is hilarious!

If you have a chance you should see a movie called <a href="http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0110729/>Once Were Warriors</a>. This is a great movie and it just might give you some insight into what a Tigress went through to become the Warrior she is today. Perhaps a lot, even though she isn't Maori nor from New Zealand there is not much difference in what she overcame. ~TigressSky~

Hmmm it totally cut it off and I didnt even bother too recheck. It is called Once Were Warriors and it is about a modern Maori family with very modern problems. I also added a tag about how you might just watch this movie and find out how it is that a certain Warrioress you know became the Warrioress she is. This movie is almost exactly how she grew up except she didn't give up, in the end she told the world "fuck this" and busted her ass to get out of there. You know...if you are interested in knowing that much about her. ;)

I've seen it about 4 or 5 times now, and read the novel it's based on. Very good film.. Should be on DVD and video, you could for sure get it in any used video place in the Foreign Films section.

Yes, although Lawson is, in my opinion, a bit tart for my preferred taste. I'd rather have a nice 18-year scotch in the oak cask.

I like men in kilts, myself. I own three utilikilts I'm fond of wearing, and I'm entitled to wear the Stewart and Blackwatch tartans by lineage. :>
