grim23Tam’s birthday was day before yesterday, and I took her to breakfast, and then she and I went on a long run, returning in time to go see Blade Runner (Director’s Cut) on the big screen, and then we had dinner with some friends also having a birthday – a most enjoyable evening was had by all, even better than my original plans.
I’m making progress with the sorting and disposition of my stuff, and empty boxes continue to leave the Middle Chamber to be recycled, as the pile of boxes shrinks. Most of the motorcycle parts have left, and my chopper will most likely be taking shape by Spring. Consolidation and prioritization, and careful and thoughtful repacking of what remains, is key.
I’m also making progress with my practice, now that DHS has “approved” my criminal background check, and I can now see my increasingly anxious clients and bill for them. My Residency contract is also progressing, and final revisions and binding of my dissertation are also very close to being completed. Today was a laptop day, and my latest round of revisions have been sent. Tomorrow I have three clients.
Pushups and running are getting easier, and I am basically detoxed from heavy coffee use, and I spar an uchideshi of Budo in Colorado in two weeks, so I'm pushing harder. Orbital breathing is also becoming more complete and faster. I’m incorporating my new tattoo into my life, and leaving my shields down. I’ve attended the last basic tantric class that Sienna offers, and I have possibly connected with a very strong red tantra partner. Although I’ve learned the lessons in a different order, I think I’m familiar with the majority of the basic tantric practices that she teaches, and I’m working on more advanced techniques.
I have much to be thankful for, and I am grateful. Thank you to all of my teachers.
