grim23Well. I’m just about done training for this weekend, when I’ll be sparring an uchideshi, from CO. One more run tomorrow, and my usual pushups, and then I’ll be getting on the plane early Saturday morning. I’ve been working on different techniques, and I’ve been able to find an Aikido dojo in Portland that I’ll be excited to join soon, if the Universe sends me there. My balance kanji has healed.
I’ve gotten my fully-approved residency contract from the Oregon Board of Psychology Examiners, and I’m getting on various insurance panels, seeing my clients, and keeping my neuropsych assessments going. I’ve renewed and re-registered with my credentialing boards. My dissertation is almost (finally) at the binding stage, awaiting final approval.
My unsorted piles of stuff keep shrinking, and I’ll be fully sorted and minimized by Yule, when I’ll be leaving the Middle Chamber. I’ll be down to tools, some life stuff, including clothes/books, a truck, and two motorcycles, and able to move quickly. So, Colorado this weekend, Bend next weekend, Texas for Christmas, Seattle in February, and Northern CA in the Spring and Fall, and, of course Burning Man in August.
Tam and I have come to a deeper understanding in our relationship, and I am blessed to have her in my life. Other relationships are deepening, as well. Blocks that were slowing my progress are resolving, and I catch myself with shields up less as I work on my homework, and more aware of detail, and a smaller psychic imprint.
I’m getting calmer, and my energy is increasing.
