Goals Completed: 7
Goals in Progress: 24

Body: I only trained one class this week (#1), choosing instead to attend my Dad and Steph's graduation from the Comal County Citizen's Sheriff Academy. I'm two classes back. I'll be testing for my last rank before Cho Dan in July (#2), so I'll be putting some time in the dojang over the next few months. I'm plateaued with pushups (#5) and situps (#6); maintaining breathing after a form or extended exertion is still somewhat difficult.

Mind: Still rereading Castaneda's Journey to Ixtlan (#28). I've started my mindful eating practice (#27) this week, working on eating a lower cholesterol diet. I'm eating less sweets, avoiding seconds, and eating only when I'm hungry. Still eating faster than I'd like to, and perhaps more than needed.

Work: Still cutting down and controlling my work email (#50).

Life: I volunteered yet again at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore this week (#77). The American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers certification was rescheduled to 5/12/12 (#70), and I've used some of that time to organize and secure some of the loose-end projects on 'Ol Number 3. Beginning to research e-readers (#99).
