Today ended up being a nice day outside, so I spent it cutting back blackberries. I cleared a peach tree and took out a lot of overgrowth, uncovering the side yard, and started clearing a path to the pump house. I cleared out a lot of discarded wood blocking the street drainage, preventing possible future problems. We also relocated Ol’ Number 3 to better fit all of the vehicles. The next nice day, I should be able to get through the grass, blackberries, and mud to the pumphouse so we can charge the reservoir system, and also clear a space for a burn pad for the burn barrel.
