Goals/Life Update - Day 921/1001
Apr. 12th, 2014 06:12 pm"That you may retain your self-respect, it is better to displease the people by doing what you know is right, than to temporarily please them by doing what you know is wrong." - William J. H. Boetcker
Goals Completed: 37
Goals in Progress: 25
I cut back all of the blackberries around the grape arbor, and planted blueberry, raspberry, and currant bushes, as well as the flowers for Steph’s flower garden next to the greenhouse. It’s still not yet time to plant more in the garden, as it’s gotten to frost in the mornings, but we’re close. The starts in the greenhouse are all going well, and even the peppers are starting. I spent most of today fixing water hose that had gotten sliced by Steph’s brother, and fully mowed all the jungle lawn all the way around the house, bus, and outbuildings.
I’ve managed to give myself ‘trigger finger’ syndrome to my left pinky finger, and my left knee is also a bit sore. I’ve gotten appropriate treatment, and I’m wearing my braces – a sign maybe I should slow down a bit.
