Yesterday I spent hiking through parks in North Portland and found ten geocaches, including three Grimm geocaches (#86).

Today I started a juice fast (#15) and shifted to a Bhakti to Shakti meditation in preparation for the Puja in November (#13, #22). Still having difficulty with my sleep and eating habits (#14, #16), and I’m hoping this will reset them.
