It’s now Day 4 of my juice fast (#15, #14) and the Bhakti to Shakti meditation in preparation for the Puja in November (#13, #22). The Puja crew has met and gone over our ritual, and the crew seems generally ready. I’m at the purging stage of my fast, and I note that my solar plexus is still physically hurting and my muscles ache. I am sleeping harder than usual (#16), but more restless.

Today we practiced Qi Qua (#10) and the Short Form (#1), and made progress with the Iron Fan form. I hope to practice three days this week.
