There hasn’t been much progress with much of my 101/1001 list. I haven’t been training (#1, #10) at all because of the holidays and the various local natural events (mudslides/flooding) and being stranded in Portland, and my pushups goal has been severely curtailed (#7) with rehab for my torn bicep. I am in the gym working on it (#6, #8), but it’ll be slow going for awhile.

My eating (#14) has been off for the holidays, and my sleep (#16) has also not been very effective. Now that the holidays are over, I’ll be working hard on that, and monitoring my sleep patterns with the Fitbit that Steph got me for Christmas. I am doing some reading (#17, #18), and keeping up with my monthly haiku (#19), but even that seems to be going slowly. Work increases, and clients in crisis, have taken more time, and that has left less time for me.

I plan to complete a FEMA online course (#59) this week, and I have been working to completely revamp and reorganize #3 for a 30-minute deployment (#69), simply because of the possibility of relocating it closer to work so I get more sleep, and because it would be nice to not have to couchsurf or be separated from my stuff in the event of an emergency.

On the positive side: Although I haven’t been working on geocaching goals from my 101/1001 list, I have been working on a geocaching ‘streak’ of finding a geocache every day for almost three months, hosted two geoevents, and put out the first two geocaches of a series of geocaching safety in NE Portland. I’m also slowly finding the 35MM series (#103), mostly on the way home from work.
