Body/Martial Arts/Physical Improvement/Testing Myself: I completed the Zero Prostate Cancer Run/Walk with a nice masked, socially and spatially walk/ruck with Team Park Sharks at Tualatin Hills Nature Park and a great cup of coffee afterward. I'm looking forward to more great adventures and virtual races. *smile* I'm continuing to add the Spartan bodyweight exercises to my pushup challenge. At a friend's suggestion, I've also added 20 minutes of yoga to my mostly daily walk/ruck.

Mind/Spirit/Centering/Health: Once again I picked up and read nonstop another book at random, this time No Easy Answers: The Truth Behind Death at Columbine, a factual account of the active shooter incident at Columbine High School, by Brooks Brown, one of the students at Columbine who was one of the friends of the shooters. The book talks about the missed warning signs, and the covered-up evidence hidden from the public, and what's its like to be an alienated teenager - a very educational thought-provoking and insightful book for any mental health professional. I'm still reading Wild: From Lost to Found on the Pacific Crest Trail by Cheryl Strayed, Shunryu Suzuki's Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind, and Being Wrong: Adventures in the Margin of Error by Kathryn Schulz. I'm still committing to training mindfulness with my eating patterns.

Maintenance/Shit Got To Be Done: The Whorse, my Ranger Intercept Jeep, was dropped off at my mechanics shop. There were some problems; two of the new tires have dry-rotted in the sun where it was stored, and the hard top of the jeep blew off and self-destructed. Expensive replacements will be needed. *sigh* I still need to schedule my Firefighter's Physical, and update my BPLS/CPR certification. Today I have an appointment with the DMV to renew my driver's license and some other paperwork.

In Case of Zombies/Disaster Preparation: No progress. After the virtual race, everything went to crisis and chaos. Client calls, administration issues, the Whorse, and construction logistics and scheduling all continue to distract me from actually getting anything done.

Base Station/Ol' Number 3: On Monday the internet connections inside the box at the street were supposed to be connected, but we were again delayed. *sigh* The Gate House has gotten some concrete trenching work and basic framing of the interior done by the contractor, and the plumbing process has started. The septic field is mostly level, and we're about ready to trench and dig out the holes for the septic tank and the distribution box, but we're delayed because the soil is too wet, as well as scheduling difficulties with the excavator. The rain has delayed us considerably, as well as scheduling and logistics. I ordered the 3000-gallon water tank for the Pump House, and went to pick it up this week, but the vehicle didn't have a bed big enough to accept it - a two-hour drive for nothing. I need to figure out delivery options. Our plans for painting the Gate House were also postponed due to weather, but that may happen this weekend.

I scored some free Stuff! I got some industrial steel shelves out of a service truck that will likely go straight into the Pump House, and a composter, in great shape, that will obviously go in the garden. I also found a couple of camp chairs to supplement the 'living room' chairs.

Travel/Adventure/Doing Stuff: No progress.
